Using Shaynee

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you upload (your photos and inputs). Don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Not medical advice

Shaynee provides guidance and education, not a medical diagnosis. Skin scores and coaching are informational and should not replace professional care. For any medical concern, consult a qualified dermatologist or physician.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the features you use— analyzing scans, generating reports, and coaching.

Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Shaynee running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, and we may revise these terms; we'll note the "last updated" date when we do.
