Data & Security

Your face is personal. We treat your scans and skin data with care and build security into the product from the start. This is a summary template and not legal advice.

How your data is stored

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Photos are processed to generate your reports and stored against your account so you can track progress.
• Access to production data is limited to the minimum necessary to operate the service.

Your control

• Delete anytime — remove individual scans or your whole account from the app.
• Export — request a copy of your data.
• Consent — your photos are never used to train models without your explicit opt-in.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your associated personal data, except where we're legally required to retain limited records.
